Do
I have to have an office in Madeira?
It is not compulsory for companies incorporated before 31.12.2000,
new companies must have an office. For this purpose, we have
founded a Business Centre in Funchal where you can rent a fully
equipped office with a professional team to assist you in all
matters.
Can I be a Director
of my company?
If you also want to be tax exempt on a personal level, you should
not be Director of your company, we shall provide you with Directors.
